BILL NO. 321 "An Act relating to the taking of a legible set of                
fingerprints when a person is arrested, upon initial appearance or             
arraignment, upon the conviction of the person, and when the person            
is received at a correctional facility, and providing that the set of          
fingerprints  shall be  provided to the Department of  Public  Safety;
